Dani Helgeson was born and raised in the Marietta area. She obtained her 200~hour certification at Empower Yoga in May 2017 and continued her yoga training at Kids Grounded Yoga Atlanta in 2019.

She has taught kid’s yoga at the MDE school in Marietta for the past five years. She currently lives in Marietta with her husband of 22 years and her two sons, Carson and Caden.

When she is not on the mat she enjoys spending time outdoors with her family and two Golden Retrievers.
